The Linden Method for treating panic attacks and anxiety disorders, claims to cure almost 100% of sufferers who follow the method as instructed. Should we believe this claim ?

Based on their patients testimonials on their official website the results are amazing. Is this enough to convince us however?

I decided to investigate The Linden Method further to discover if it is real or scam.

The fact that Charles Linden himself was a sufferer of panic attacks and anxiety disorders and managed to treat his disorder using this method gives this treatment credibility. It’s obviously not just another internet product with no substance.

I actually discovered that it is definitely not just another internet how to product, you can find Charles Linden literature in bookstores around the world.

I also came across a lot of media coverage of the The Linden Method. Charles Linden has appeared on many Television shows, Radio shows, magazines and Newspapers to discuss and promote his method.

Many Doctors worldwide recognize and endorse the Linden Method as a viable treatment for anxiety and panic disorders which I found re-assuring.

As far as the treatment itself, I was glad to hear that there are no medications therefore no side effects, and that it is designed to tackle the problem at the core and quickly rather than just coming up with methods designed to cope with the disorder.

There was a lot more research done, but I wont bore you with all the details. My conclusion of the Linden Method is that this is a genuine product and not a scam with an overwhelming majority endorsing the product. There was very little negative feedback as would be expected with any product.

What is a Panic attack ? It is an episode of very intense fear that comes on very suddenly and can last anything from 15 seconds to 30 minutes and sometimes even hours. The effects vary from person to person ranging from mild to extremely unpleasant.

A Panic attack is different to an Anxiety attack in the sense that it is usually more sudden and intense and usually experienced in conjunction with an anxiety disorder.

What causes a Panic Attack ? There are many triggers that can be responsible for triggering an attack. It could be just one of these triggers or a combination.

Panic disorders can run in the family, be caused by other biological conditions such as tapeworm or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, they can be brought on by trauma caused by significant personal loss or life changing situation, side effects from medications, withdrawal symptoms from alcohol or other addictive substances, Chronic and or serious illness.

A panic attack can also be brought on by association, meaning we associate it with a certain situation where it has previously occurred and we have a repeat episode every time that situation occurs.

It is important to understand that a panic attack is not some strange, rare disease that only a minority suffer. It is actually quite common and it is really just the body’s defense mechanism to protect itself from harm.

It is also important for sufferers to understand that they don’t have to allow the disorder to control their lives, there are effective treatments.

The Linden Method was developed by Charles Linden who himself suffered from anxiety, panic attacks, OCD and agoraphobia for more than 24 years. He now leads a normal, healthy life as CEO of a company devoted to helping people who suffer these same conditions.

The Linden Method has featured in many magazines, TV shows, Radio shows and newspapers. It has been around for many years and is recognized in the Medical Industry with many therapists referring their patients to the treatment. It has a success rate of over 96%, which is amazing.

Most treatments today focus on managing the symptoms rather than curing the condition. The Linden Method is all about curing the condition by tackling the problem at the source which is the part of the brain known as the amygdala (the anxiety control center).

In the presence of a threat, the amygdala signals the brain to respond accordingly creating anxiety, which is an important function that has evolved in humans to protect us from harm.

People that suffer from panic attacks or high anxiety for example have these signals going to the brain even when there is no threat. The Linden method claims to be able to re-program that part of the brain to its pre high anxiety state.
