The Linden Method – real or Scam?
The Linden Method for treating panic attacks and anxiety disorders, claims to cure almost 100% of sufferers who follow the method as instructed. Should we believe this claim ?
Based on their patients testimonials on their official website the results are amazing. Is this enough to convince us however?
I decided to investigate The Linden Method further to discover if it is real or scam.
The fact that Charles Linden himself was a sufferer of panic attacks and anxiety disorders and managed to treat his disorder using this method gives this treatment credibility. It’s obviously not just another internet product with no substance.
I actually discovered that it is definitely not just another internet how to product, you can find Charles Linden literature in bookstores around the world.
I also came across a lot of media coverage of the The Linden Method. Charles Linden has appeared on many Television shows, Radio shows, magazines and Newspapers to discuss and promote his method.
Many Doctors worldwide recognize and endorse the Linden Method as a viable treatment for anxiety and panic disorders which I found re-assuring.
As far as the treatment itself, I was glad to hear that there are no medications therefore no side effects, and that it is designed to tackle the problem at the core and quickly rather than just coming up with methods designed to cope with the disorder.
There was a lot more research done, but I wont bore you with all the details. My conclusion of the Linden Method is that this is a genuine product and not a scam with an overwhelming majority endorsing the product. There was very little negative feedback as would be expected with any product.
